The Psychological Aspects of Transition
Continuing Education Courses

Undersanding and Responding to Eco-Anxiety and Eco-Stress by
Facilitating the Inner Work of Transition

"How can we not acquire the tools necessary for navigating the emotions of sorrow, despair, overwhelm, grief, rage, terror, and ... depression {of the changes ahead]? What will give us meaning? What will console us? What will allow us to keep going when any sense of purpose has eluded us?  Carolyn Baker

Our continuing education (CE) programs for helping professionals consider the anxiety, stress and economic distress so many are feeling today to be a natural response to a serious existing and growing threat directly effects our sense of who we are, our lifestyles and our economic well-being. You can learn more about our definition and approach to eco-anxiety and other eco-stress related emotional issues on our blog.

Our courses focus on three areas of knowledge we, as helping professionals, need to  prepare ourselves to help others move from anxiety into action. To review and select
