we have when we spend time in Nature are evidence of this truth. 

Ecopsychology, the study of the relationship between our mental and physical well-being 
and the natural environment, provides insights into how we can learn from Nature to
reconnect with our innate abilities to live in harmony and balance in all aspects of our 
life from our health to our work and our relationships.
